Van Fielden has been Vista’s senior pastor since 1999. He has served in churches from a variety of Christian traditions which brings a balanced, interdenominational approach to his teaching and ministry. Van creates a relaxed, straightforward, and unpretentious atmosphere for teaching God's Word. He is committed to keeping his messages biblical, personal, practical and encouraging. His heart's desire is to "connect people with God."
Van and his wife, Deb, have three children- Bekah, Hannah and Jon, and grandfather of five.
Collin provides pastoral leadership to Vista's three campuses and serves as a teaching pastor in our Sunday gatherings. He holds his Master's degree from Fuller Theological Seminary in Pasadena, CA. Collin leads Vista's Internship Program, which is designed to train emerging leaders and help them find their fit in ministry.
Collin is married to his wonderful wife, Stacey, and is the father to his three children, Emma, Elyse and Jaxon.
Deb is Office Manager at Vista. She is the one who helps "connect the dots" to keep the office and facility running smoothly. She manages the calendar and the facility use requests. She also helps those who are new begin to connect with God and others. Her organizational gifts serve Vista as she manages the Sunday morning volunteers. She wants everyone to feel that we are expecting them as they arrive, and welcome them into our Vista family.
She and Van have a heart for marriage and lead the "re|engage" program. They love to see couples grow in their love for one another...in every season.
She and Van have 3 grown children: Two married daughters who live outside of the state and one son who lives in Orlando. They have 5 precious grandchildren and another on the way.
Damien is TheCity Student Ministry Director for the Vista network. He is passionate about telling students about Jesus and helping them root their identity in Christ.
Along with TheCity, Damien leads the TheWell which is our east campus near UCF reaching college students and young professionals. He wants to help develop young leaders and spread the name of Jesus.
Damien is a graduate of Palm Beach Atlantic University with a B.A. in Ministry. When he is not working, Damien's dream is to be an international speaker for both students and families.
Andrew serves as the Mission Director for the Vista community. He desires that our church would individually and corporately share the Gospel in word and deed -- beginning in our neighborhoods and going out into the whole world. He also oversees Hispanic Ministry, making sure that Spanish-speakers can connect with God in their heart language through simultaneous translation at Vista and Spanish-speaking community groups.
Andrew has a deep passion for biblical truth and language learning. He holds a B.A. in Spanish from the University of Florida and is currently pursuing a Masters of Divinity from the Reformed Theological Seminary, here in Orlando. He is married to his wonderful wife, Ariel, and they have a son, Asher.
Jon oversees Vista's worship ministry including the overall execution of the Sunday worship experience. He is also the Director of Growth. His passion is to see the depths of Christ's love for sinners displayed for all to see. Jon is married to Tery-Ann and they have a son Clive.
Jenn is a Florida native who loves the sunshine and anything outdoors. Coming to know Jesus as a little girl and learning to walk with him as a teenager, she is passionate about students learning to know and trust God's word.
Her desire is to see young people, women especially, walk in freedom from sin, shame and guilt. She couldn't be more excited about joining the Vista team and can't wait to see what the Lord has in store!
Dennis is Vista’s pastor for care and compassion. He has an extensive background in church planting work, multi-ethnic ministry, young-adult and youth ministries. He is passionate for both local and international “least-of-these” mission projects. His vision for our communities is to be dynamic in serving the needs of our city and beyond. Dennis is married to Dana, and they have two children – Emily Ann and Kayden.
Those who know Dennis well call him “Kuya Dennis” or “KD” for short. “Kuya” is a Filipino word which means older brother.
